VIB Vermögen AG isstrengthening its logistics segment with the purchase of a newly built16,400 m² logistics property in Schwäbisch Gmünd, located in Germany'sdynamic economic region of Baden-Württemberg. The investment volume ofapproximately EUR 11 million generates a rental yield of around 8% perannum. The first rental payment will be made on December 2011. The contractcarries a 15-year duration, and includes an option for further five years.As a result of this purchase, VIB Vermögen AG now commands a portfoliototalling 87 properties with a rentable space of around 678,000 m². LudwigSchlosser, CEO of VIB Vermögen AG, expressed his satisfaction with thesuccessful transaction as follows: 'We are convinced that our commitment tothe logistics sector will prove sustainably successful.
