Since the year of its founding in 1993, VIB has constantly economised successfully and has achieved corresponding profits.
It is part of the company's philosophy to let the shareholders participate directly in this growth through dividends.
In this spirit, since its IPO in 2005, VIB has consistently paid dividends.
Sustainable and profitable growth in recent years has laid the foundations of the company's cash flow strength. This in turn is the basis for dividend payments and the opportunity to grow profitably through further investments. This then once again creates the foundation for new dividend payments.
It is our aim to continue implementing this philosophy successfully.
We are guided by the following points in setting the annual dividends:
- Operating profits from regular leasing income or from the sale of real estate
- Internal factors such as opportunities for growth, investment projects or even potential risks
- Market factors such as economic assessments and the development of the industry as a whole as well as our regional markets
