Our diversified real estate portfolio minimises risks significantly. The average duration of the rental contracts stands at six years and nine months. This reduces portfolio risks and guarantees a high level of planning security, as well as an attractive dividend policy.
Thanks to a comprehensive assessment and evaluation procedure across the entire real estate portfolio VIB Vermögen AG ensures a solvent and multifaceted tenant structure, thereby reducing the risk of rental losses to a minimum. More than half of our tenants are medium sized industrial companies and logistics specialists, as well as major retailers with sound credit ratings. The ten largest tenants account for around 50% of the annual net rentals. Medium sized logistics services providers with sound credit-worthiness account for the major share, followed by tenants from the retailing and industrial sectors.
